PUBG Mobile Runic Power Update 2021 : What's New

Battle royale game, PUBG Mobile  today update is now available on both Android and iOS devices, don't forget to install the new update and try out the new features. 

This mode includes a lot of new, exclusive, and special features that will be added to PUBG Mobile. This article lists all the newly added features that are likely to be introduced into the game after the Runic mode update.Let’s take a look at the details of the Runic mode features in PUBG Mobile.

1.) NEW MODE ( Runic Power Mode)

Runic Power mode is added to the Classic mode of PUBG Mobile.  It is available for a limited time, from January 12th to March 7th on Erangel map. Players Players initially start their game, choosing a rune energy type on Spawn Island based on their playing style and each type has two different skills - Summon and Boost.

This game mode offers three runes, each of which offers unique powers that help defeat enemies on the battlefield and get the Chicken dinner. Here are the types of rune energy in Runic Power mode:

1. Wind Rune
2. Flame Rune
3. Arctic Rune

2.) RUNE THEME (Cheer Park)

We will see a rune mode in cheer park. In which you can search for rune power once every day in Cheer Park and get a free rewards.

After receiving the reward, the player can continuously search and form a rune friendship by matching users with similar rune power skills. ( Relationship valid for 1 day and  re-matched after daily reset)

Players can receive additional rewards by completing designated missions with their matched rune friends in the playground.

3.) FAMAS (New AR)

The update of PUBG Mobile 1.2 has also introduced a new assault rifle in the game. It will be exclusive to the live map and will use 5.56 mm ammo. It can be loaded 25 rounds and has the fastest rate of fire among rifles in Pubg Mobile.

Players can be equipped with the Muzzle , Scope, and Magazine. There is no foregrip slot, but it comes with its own bipod that reduces recoil when shooting with it in a prone position.

4.) FIREARM BALANCING ( Bolt Action Sniper Rifle)

The developers of PUBG Mobile have enhanced many aspects of the Bolt Action Sniper Rifles. According to the patch notes, here are all the changes made to the weapons:

• Increased  the damage of kar98 and M24
• Shortened the interval between shots for Kar98 and M24.
• Slightly increased bolt action speed of Kar98 and M24.

5.)  NEW BACKGROUND THEME (Runic Power) 

We will see a new background theme in the lobby which will be added to PUBG Mobile after this winter update.  You can use this theme for a limited time (60 days) and it will be available for all the players,you just need to login a game.
