Top 10 player in pubg mobile

The PUBG Mobile India Series was the unofficial finishing point for the Spring season and although 7 Indian teams are set to represent the region in the World League Season Zero, the rest of the teams will have to try again next time. While teams continue to play in other tournaments such as the PUBG Mobile India Series and other third party events and scrims, it’s time to take a stock of which players have impressed over the course of the spring season. Here’s our pick for the top 10 PUBG Mobile players in India:

 1.) Scout

Sc0utOP is probably the biggest name to feature on this list. Having always been interested in sports and also representing Kolkata at national level football, it was only natural that this talented player makes his foray into esports after an injury led to 6 months bed rest which led to him picking up PUBG Mobile to pass time. He has been a mainstay in PUBG Mobile Esports throughout its integration in India and is probably the best frontline assaulter to grace the game and is currently at a loan with Orange Rock from Fnatic. Sc0utOP led Fnatic to a 2nd place finish at the recently concluded ESL India Premiership 2020 Summer Season: Finals showcasing innate ability to lead his team and also help secure the necessary skills required to secure the match

2.) Jonathan

Jonathan, who represents TSM-Entity Gaming, has stamped his authority as one of the best in the world in a very short span of time. Fueled with confidence and the zeal to succeed, he is the latest prodigy that has produced jaw-dropping performances. His colleagues gasp at his training methods and his adherence to his practice.

More importantly though, he has shaped a team where Entity Ghatak brings the much-needed experience to blend youth and energy. Jonathan was ranked as the 5th best player on the kill leaderboard in the PMCO Fall Split that reflects the aggressive attitude of Entity Gaming players.

3.)daljitsk-team ind/or

Daljitsk has been one of India's star players in 2019 and very possible the best sniper in the country at the moment. His skill with a scoped weapon has been second to none as the player has proved time and again in his stint with Team IND. Daljit played twice in the Prelims stage of the PMCOs and was a key figure in Team IND's consistent results throughout the year. Recently, Daljitsk moved to Orange Rock Esports in a bid to find more stability in a well defined ecosystem and it remains to be seen what he can achieve in this new setting. But there is little doubt that he was one of the best snipers for India in 2019 and as a result he takes the 8th place in our rankings.

4.)gill orange rock

Arshpreet ‘GiLL’ Singh was Godlike’s (now NovaGodlike) best performer in the PMPL and a crucial part of why the squad managed to qualify for the World League. While he has now joined Orange Rock alongside Mavi, Sc0utOP and Daljitsk, GiLL has managed to give everyone a glimpse of his famed skillset. He was the third highest highest fragger in the PMPL South Asia Finals and the 10th highest in the league stage. Fans can’t wait to see how he and his new superstar lineup are able to work together and how well they are able to represent India on a global stage. It is going to be his first major international tournament and GiLL seems to be the type of player who should be able to step up and shine, no matter what is put in front of him.

5.) Vexe-megastar

A rising star in the Indian PUBG Mobile community, Vexe is a young talent who has impressed everyone with his skills. One of the key members in the Megastars roster that has qualified for the World League, Vexe was the second highest fragger in the PMPL South Asia League stage. The young star is one of the hottest prospects in the region and with consistent fragging and good game sense, has managed to make a name for himself. In less than a week, he will be a part of the World League, where Megastars takes on some of the best teams and players in the world. That will be the biggest test in Vexe’s career up until now and it will be interesting to see whether the player can hold up in a high pressure environment

6.) Mavi

Harmandeep or Mavi as he is popularly known is the finest assaulter PUBG Mobile has ever seen, he has been a mainstay of Orange Rock since late 2019 and has helped OR achieve several 1st place finishes for major tournaments. Having led OR to ESL India Premiership 2020 finals and leading them to victory just shows the immense amount of talent Mavi has in PUBG Mobile. Mavi has led Orange Rock to the pinnacle of PUBG Mobile Esports besting teams like Fnatic, TSM – Entity. Mavi has single-handedly built a team for the ages and is known for his ability to read the game in OR’s favour. At the moment Mavi is India’s best IGL but it will be interesting to see how he would lead OR at an international stage and if he can maintain his same readability at that level.

7.)mortal

Naman Sandeep Mathur or as he is popularly known as MortaL is one of the early pioneers of PUBG Mobile in India, enticing audiences and peers with his intricate plays and his effective leadership. He is also the team owner of SouL, a renowned Indian Esports organisation focused on PUBG Mobile. MortaL has amassed a massive cult following on social media, with Youtube being his preferred streaming platform. Lately SouL and MortaL haven’t performed at recent tournaments so it will be interesting to see what this legend at the game will come up with in the future.

8.) Owais

Owais has been the shining star in Fnatic

Despite a very mediocre season in terms of results, Owais remains one of the fan favorites in the country due to his long history and incredibly high skill level. A dependable figure in the team, Owais is not only the primary in-game leader for Fnatic but an exemplary performer who seems to always contribute with kills and assists. The arrival of Maxkash seems to be working for the squad as Fnatic’s second place finish at PMIS 2020 proved. Owais was the 5th highest fragger at PMIS.

While Fnatic may not have qualified for the World League and will most likely be playing third party events for the next couple of months, fans of the player will be happy to know that Owais will be seen at World League, where he will be playing with Megastars. His experience and versatility will be extremely useful assets for the team and we can't wait to see what he is able to achieve with Megastars

9.) Clutchgod

Success at every stage

Having come into the limelight after winning the PUBG MOBILE India Tour in 2019, Clutchgod has shown no signs of stopping. From SouL to TSM-Entity, the player has managed to make a place for himself everywhere and has only gotten better with the experience from past events. The in-game leader for TSM-Entity, Clutchgod not only enables his star players to go and frag out, but is also consistently on the charts himself. In fact, he was the top fragger in the PMPL South Asia Finals - true testament to his team’s aggressive kill heavy playstyle. It’s fair to say that he has one of the most difficult roles in the team and although it may not be the most apparent, he and Neyoo have to be the most versatile and adaptable players in the squad, while also contributing to the kills.

10.) Ted-SynerGE

An experienced player who brings a new depth to the squad

Ted joins the list in ninth position, with consistent high level performances in official and third party tournaments in recent months. The player was the third highest fragger in the PMPL South Asia league stage and is one of the few players in the Indian circuit, who has been around for such a long time. His experience and maturity will be invaluable to SynerGE in the World League and will hopefully make the difference in improving their performance from last season.
