PUBG Mobile's popularity has seen a rapid as well as a player base. The game has grown rapidly over the past few years to establish itself among the top titles on the mobile platform.

However, the game has been banned in many countries, and in some cases, the suspension was overturned. And, In this post we'll take a look at the lists of countries where PUBG Mobile was banned.

1.) NEPAL

Battle Royale PUBG Mobile was suspended in Nepal in April 2019. The game was banned by the Nepal Telecom Authority (NTA) due to concerns about its negative impact on youth. Officials said the game was addictive for children and teenagers. 

But within a week the top court removed the band on PUBG Mobile, saying the ban was unnecessary and a way for children to socialize with others of the same age. 

2.) PAKISTAN

In July, Pakistan Telecom Authority (PTA) decided to ban the game, because the game was addictive and negatively affected for children and adolescents.

A few weeks later the ban, the Islamabad High Court directed the authorities to lift the ban. And on July 30, the suspension was terminated after a meeting between representatives of the PTA and Proxima Beta Limited (PB).

3.) CHINA

As you know that Tencent Games is a Chinese company and the country itself banned PUBG Mobile. Chinese censors had halted new video game releases in the country, which means Tencent was unable to earn anything from the title. Tencent also added an age-gate to PUBG Mobile to make peace with those sensors.

The game was relaunched in China under a different name, called "Game for Peace". PUBG Mobile was relaunched and violence and gore were removed from the game. There are not many differences from the global version of PUBG Mobile.
